PRICING FOR THE
12-NIGHT CENTRAL EUROPEAN SHADOW TOUR: Tour fee: $3986 per person, double occupancy Single supplement: $645 per person This price is based on a minimum of 10 paying participants. If someone is traveling alone but wants to share a room, we will
attempt to match them with a roommate of the same gender and smoking
preference. All rooms are non-smoking unless both roommates smoke. All group
meals, transportation and activities are non-smoking events. THE COST OF THE TOUR
INCLUDES: Group Travel Insurance: Medical, evacuation and baggage
insurance for all participants, with waiver of pre-existing conditions. Full
details will be sent to those who register for the trip, along with Transportation: By bus and boat in accordance with
the itinerary. Hotels: Twin-bedded room with private
bathroom in first class hotels. A limited number of single rooms with private
bathroom are available with the single supplement. Meals: Full breakfast and some lunches
and dinners as specified in the itinerary. Tips and Taxes: Service charges as imposed by
hotels; group meal gratuities. Sightseeing: All sightseeing in accordance
with the itinerary, accompanied by English-speaking licensed guides and
including all entrance fees. THE COST OF THE TOUR
DOES NOT INCLUDE: Airfare to Prague and home from
Budapest; excess baggage if applicable; airport transfers on arrival and
departure days; airport departure taxes; meals not described in the
itinerary; personal items such as laundry, beverages not included with meals,
and tips to hotel staff and guides. Documentation: Tour members require a passport
good for at least six months after the end of the tour. There are at present
no visa requirements for Americans and Canadians to visit Cancellations, Refunds, Rates: If you must cancel a reservation,
we will refund your payments except for a cancellation fee, which is based on
how many days before the departure date you cancel. The cancellation fees
are: Cancellation
90 or more days before departure: $250 Cancellation
60-89 days before departure: $500 Cancellation
35-59 days before departure: $750 Cancellation
15-34 days before departure: 50% of tour fee Cancellation
3-14 days before departure: 75% of tour fee Cancellation
0-2 days before departure, or no-show: 100% of tour fee Total is defined as the total of
trip cost with any supplements requested. The cancellation fee is the same
regardless of the reasons for cancellation. Cancellations must be received in
writing. There is no refund for participants who join a trip late or depart
early, or for unused elements of the tour. We recommend that you purchase
trip cancellation insurance. Rates are based on the exchange rates
and on tariffs in effect at press time, and are subject to adjustment when
final tour invoice is sent. Responsibility: Hanns Ebensten Travel, Inc.,
operator of the tour herein outlined, its subsidiaries, and/or its associated
agents act as agents only for all services and disclaim any and all liability
for property loss or damage, and/or any and all damages resulting from death
or personal injuries, including loss of services which may be sustained on
account of or rising out of, by reason of, or while engaged on any tour. This
applies whether due to the ownership, maintenance, use, operation or control
of any aircraft, automobile, bicycle, boat, vehicle, inn, common carrier, or
otherwise or whether caused by failure or delay or by any transportation company
due to any cause whatsoever occurring during a tour under its management,
procurement, or otherwise. All tickets, coupons, orders are furnished and
issued subject in all respects to these terms and conditions and to any and
all terms and conditions under which the means of transportation or other
services provided thereby are offered or supplied by owners, operators, or
public carriers for whom Hanns Ebensten Travel, Inc., acts solely as agent. Hanns Ebensten Travel, Inc.,
reserves the right in its discretion to alter or omit any part of the
itinerary or change any space, reservation, feature and/or means of
conveyance without notice and for any reason whatsoever and without allowance
or refund. The transportation companies concerned are not to be held
responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are
not on board their carriers or conveyances. The passage contract in use by
the carriers concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract
between the transportation companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or
passenger. Hanns Ebensten Travel, Inc. reserves the right to cancel or
withdraw any tour prior to departure and may decline to accept or retain any
person as a member of any tour at any time. In such case the refund will be
based on the actual cost of the unfinished portion of the tour.
