A Delicious Bite of Italy!

Our Taste of Sicily is filled with abundant pleasures on a ten-day celebration of all things Sicilian! From the cosmopolitan delights of Palermo and the rugged and romantic countryside to the world-class beaches of Taormina, we will explore the many treasures of this stunning and dramatic land. Sicily, the largest island in the Mediterranean, has attracted visitors and invaders to its shores for centuries. Romans and Carthaginians, Arabs and Greeks are among those who have left their historic footprints here. Archimedes taught here; St. Paul preached here; and centuries later, filmmakers glorified Sicily and its notorious mob families and colorful traditions. Now it is our turn to leave the mainland behind and be a part of history.

• Watch a romantic sunset from the charming town of Cefalu
  
• Visit Corleone, the namesake of the famous Godfather family

We don't offer every trip every year, and no departures are currently scheduled for this trip. Our home page will make it easy to locate forthcoming departures of interest.

Travelling Alone?
So are most of the people who travel with us. You do not need to pay extra to travel by yourself. Prices are per-person, and the single supplement applies only if you'd like a room by yourself. For selected trips, especially if the trip includes a cruise, we charge half the single supplement if you request a roommate, but we are not able to match you with someone.

Location: starts in Palermo, Sicily, and ends in Taormina

Price includes: Group transportation between Palermo and Taormina for local sightseeing; Accommodations each night in accordance with the tour itinerary; Breakfast each day, lunches and dinners as noted in the itinerary; Entrance fees for sightseeing, accompanied by knowledgeable guides; Transfers from hotel in Taormina to Catania airport for those departing on the final day of tour or joining extension; Malta post-tour extension includes hotel for three nights including breakfast, and guided tours of Malta; All hotel services charges, government taxes, porterage, and gratuities for included meals.

Not included: Transportation to and from starting and ending points; Individual transfer to hotel on arrival in Italy; Personal items including: alcoholic beverages, snacks, laundry, and telephone calls; Gratuities for guides.
